Construction Safety Audits
Tired of costly violations and stop work orders (SWO), NYC Safety Management LLC can help you prevent expensive violations and project shut downs that create major project delays, NYCSMLLC can perform weekly and monthly safety audits of your sites on request. A Safety Compliance Audit will be performed by a safety professional, who will conduct an on site inspection of your construction site, by noting potential violations or any non compliant issues discovered during the inspection of the site. NYC Safety Management will also recommend possible remedies to achieve full compliance with OSHA and DOB regulations., ergo Safety Compliance Audits provide an invaluable line of defense for licensed Superintendents/ Competent Persons on construction projects in New York City, ensuring all required documents are up to date and readily available for DOB on site inspections, helping clients avoid preventable violations and stop work orders.
Construction Site Fire Safety Management
Any project in NYC with a designated Site Safety Manager or Site Safety Coordinator is also required to maintain a Certified Construction Site Fire Safety Manager (CSFSM) through the duration of the project until the SSM or SSC's services are released from the project by the Department of Buildings. The Construction Fire Safety Manager will maintain and oversee compliance of fire codes and regulations on each site safety project. A Certified Site Safety Manager or Certified Safety Coordinator may also serve as the CSFSM, until the building under construction reaches a height of 20 stories or 250 feet, or has a lot coverage of 200,000 square feet or larger, an additional CSFSM shall be required to supervise the fire safety management program for the site.
